About the partners, PSP Architects, Chennai, India

Pradhaan Sethi Philiip, is a design and consultancy firm that provides modern and contemporary architectural and interior design solutions for our clients by coordinating all aspects of the work involved. PSP Architects (P) Ltd. was set up in 2006 by a merger between two practices, “Pradhaan and Philiip” and “M&A.” The firm is based in Anna Nagar, Chennai, India and co-ordinates works on the various projects from this office.

The partners have experience on a wide range of building types ranging from Hotels and Resorts, Multiplexes, Shopping Malls, Housing townships, School and College campus developments, Hospitals, Green Buildings, IT parks and Corporate Interiors, Commercial buildings, Retail outlets, Restaurants, high-end Residential Interiors for houses & apartments, Independent Bungalows & Villa developments. Major projects include works at the Taj Fishermans Cove and Taj Coromandel Chennai, Townships for MIEL in Raipur and Raigarh, an ongoing resort in Wayanad an exhibition space for TCS and numerour independent houses. Suniil Philiip – Architect
Graduate of the School of Architecture CEPT, Ahmedabad (1995), founding partner of Pradhaan and Philiip, has been involved in various design projects related to Film / Television sets, Interiors, and Architectural design projects. Suniil handles design, business development and project coordination. Worked with large corporates and multinational’s in their infrastructure development and establishing a corporate identity within the country.

Ajay Sethi – Architect
After graduating from the School of Architecture, CEPT, Ahmedabad (1995), and prior to establishing his own practice as M&A, Ajay worked with ‘Ranjit Sabikhi and Associates’ in New Delhi and its sister concern ‘R204’ based in Los Angeles. Ajay has had extensive experience in handling various projects both in India and abroad, ranging from community housing, hotels, institutes and residences.

Prerana Pradhaan – Interior Designer
Principal Interior designer of the firm, heads a team of dynamic architects and interior designers. A graduate of the Sophia’s, Mumbai (1994), has had experience in working with large design firms, and running individual projects in Mumbai and Chennai, and was a founding partner in Pradhaan and Philiip.

Mugdha Sethi – Graphic Designer
A graduate of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad (1997),Mugdha Sethi has worked in the field of design for a number of years. She has wide experience in communication design, publishing & print communication, brand identity design, photography & illustration for children’s books. She has been a key member of the editorial team (with Dorling Kindersley India Ltd.) that has produced the Eyewitness Travel Guides to India.
